All insureds should contact their insurance agents or the MWUA when reporting a claim after March 1, 2007. A copy of such loss notice will be sent to MWUA.
No adjustment of losses are to be handled by the Producers.

In the event that the National Flood Insurance Program declares a county as a flood catastrophe, ALL WIND & FLOOD CLAIMS are to be reported to the AIGCS office in Baton Rouge, La. This includes NFIP and WYO policies.
